Material:
• Kulfi
• Rosehip syrup
• crushed ice
• Sugar - 2 cups (400 grams)
• Corn Flour - 1 cup (100 grams)
• 1 tsp tukmaria or sabja seeds
• Full cream milk 1 liter (for making rabdi)
Process:
• First put 2 spoons of crushed ice in the glass
• Add 1 tbsp sherbet.
• Add 2 tbsp Falooda Sev.
• Add 1 tsp puffed seeds of Tukmaria
• Add 1 tbsp rabri.
• Keep 2 scoops of Kulfi ice cream.
• Garnish by adding rose syrup.
•Lajabav Falooda Ice Cream is ready. Serve and eat delicious Falooda Ice Cream.
• 10 glasses of falooda ice cream can be made from this material.
