1 small gourd
1 onion :
3 tbsp Besan:
1/4 tsp salt:
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp celery
method
Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Cut the onion into small pieces as well.
In a bowl put grated bottle gourd and onion. Now add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and mix it.
Do not use water in it. The mixture will be ready even without water. Because gourd releases water. If needed, you can add a little water.
Heat oil in a pan. Make pakodas from the mixture. And fry till they turn golden brown.
Take Lauki and Onion Pakoras is ready. Serve with hot hot sauce or chutney
