Kesari Modak recipe in any language

 


 Materials:

• Saffron - 2-3 pinches

 • All purpose flour - 3 cups

 • Rava - 3 cups

 • Sugar syrup - 6-7 tsp

 • Coconut - 1-1 cups (powdered)

 • Cardamom - 1-2 tsp (powder)

 • Ghee - 1 tsp 2 tsp

 • salt to taste

 • Oil - 2-3 cups

 Process:

 • Take some milk in a bowl and put saffron in it and soak it for 15 minutes.


 • Now take all purpose flour and mix rava in it, after that also add saffron and knead a good dough for five minutes. Now add salt and water to the flour and knead again for 10 minutes and keep aside.


 • Take a deep frying pan and put it on the gas, then put sugar syrup in it. Spread it well on the pan and then add coconut powder, cardamom powder and fry it for a few minutes. Then add ghee and mix it, take off the pan from the gas and let it cool down.


 • Now make balls of dough and press them with your palms and fill coconut mixture in it. Each tablet will be filled with 1 tsp and then bring the dough together from all sides and press it.


 • Take a frying pan and heat the oil, then fry all the prepared modaks in it till they turn golden in color. When it is done, then serve it to your guests.
