Process:

Mix flour, flour, curd, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and little water in a bowl and apply oil and cover the mand with a wet cloth for 10 minutes.
•On the other hand, do not peel the boiled potatoes and prepare all the spices to saute the potatoes.
•Put oil in a pan, first add chopped green chillies and stir a little and then add chopped onions. Saute the onion well and add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and ginger. Then the potatoes are mashed and mixed with spices.
•Now break two eggs with that potato and mix well. Then mix it well with lemon juice and chaat masala.
•Spread the coriander leaves and make small round balls.
•Cut small lechis from dough and make round balls. Make the ball like a bread with your hands and cover your face with a potato ball.
•Then press the potato ball with the bread and make it a little bigger.
