Material:

ʉۢ Spinach - 500 grams (one small bunch)

ʉۢ Tomatoes - 3- 4 (medium sized)

ʉۢ Ginger - 1 inch long piece

ʉۢ Plain salt - 3/4 tsp

ʉۢ Black salt - tsp

ʉۢ Black pepper - less than a quarter teaspoon

ʉۢ Lime - 1

ʉۢ Butter - 1-2 tbsp

ʉۢ Cream - 2 tbsp

ʉۢ Green coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped


 Process:

ʉۢ Clean the spinach by removing the sticks, wash the spinach leaves thoroughly by immersing them in water 2 times. Wash tomatoes also, peel ginger and wash it.

ʉۢ Chop the spinach, tomato and ginger coarsely, add 2-3 tbsp of water and keep it to boil. Switch off the fire when spinach becomes soft.

ʉۢ After the spinach tomatoes cool down, grind them finely with a mixer.


ʉۢ Mix 1 liter (5 - 6 cups of water) in the ground mixture and sieve, put the sifted soup on the fire again, add plain salt, black salt and black pepper, after the soup boils again 2-3 Cook for a minute more.


ʉۢ Spinach soup is ready, turn off the fire, put butter in the soup and mix, add lemon juice and mix.


ʉۢ Take out the hot spinach soup in a bowl and garnish the soup with cream and green coriander. Serve hot spinach soup with soup sticks or crispy .
