Ingredients
- 2 cup Flattened Rice
- 2 medium Onion
- 1 small Capsicum
- 1 small Carrot
- 3-4 green chilli
- leaves Few Curry
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- 3-4 tbsp roasted Peanuts
Steps
Assemble ingredients
In moderately heated pan add oil, add mustard seeds + curry leaves and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté for few seconds. Add chopped veggies + ginger paste and stir fry for 4-5 minutes till veggies turn soft.
Then add washed and drained flattened rice and mix very gently, add sugar + salt. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add lemon juice, mix well and switch off flame, keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes and POHA is ready to serve.
Serve with ginger tea and enjoy
