Poha recipe in any language

Ingredients

 3 servings
  1. 2 cup Flattened Rice
  2. 2 medium Onion
  3. 1 small Capsicum
  4. 1 small Carrot
  5. 3-4 green chilli
  6. leaves Few Curry
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  10. 1 tsp Sugar
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Salt
  13. 3-4 tbsp roasted Peanuts

Steps

  1. Assemble ingredients

  2. In moderately heated pan add oil, add mustard seeds + curry leaves and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté for few seconds. Add chopped veggies + ginger paste and stir fry for 4-5 minutes till veggies turn soft.

  3. Then add washed and drained flattened rice and mix very gently, add sugar + salt. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice, mix well and switch off flame, keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes and POHA is ready to serve.

  5. Serve with ginger tea and enjoy
