Cherry dessert recipe in any language




Ingredients

  1. 159 gr cheery 
  2. 1/2 liter full milk
  3. 2 white bread piece
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup almonds
  6. 2 table spoon pistachios powder

Steps

  1. Bread & almonds grind together & make fine powder. Keep milk on flame for boil.

  2. After first boil add powder & half sugar in it. Boil it till thick batter. One another pan add cheery.

  3. Add leftover sugar, roast it till cheery become soft & sugar melts. Now separate the seeds & make paste from cheery in grinder.

  4. When milk mixture cool down at room temperature, blend it with blender. In this smooth batter add cool cherry 🍒 paste. Again blend it.
  5. Keep this mixture in freezer for proper set. After 1/2 an hour we can serve it. Garnish with pistachios powder & fresh cherry 🍒.
