Ingredients
- 159 gr cheery
- 1/2 liter full milk
- 2 white bread piece
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 table spoon pistachios powder
Steps
Bread & almonds grind together & make fine powder. Keep milk on flame for boil.
After first boil add powder & half sugar in it. Boil it till thick batter. One another pan add cheery.
Add leftover sugar, roast it till cheery become soft & sugar melts. Now separate the seeds & make paste from cheery in grinder.
- When milk mixture cool down at room temperature, blend it with blender. In this smooth batter add cool cherry 🍒 paste. Again blend it.
- Keep this mixture in freezer for proper set. After 1/2 an hour we can serve it. Garnish with pistachios powder & fresh cherry 🍒.
