Ingredients :- 12

 • Cup flour


 • cup rice flour


 • cup sour yogurt


 • cup finely chopped onion


 • Green chilies finely chopped


 • Tbsp green coriander finely chopped


 • tsp mustard


 • 8-10 curry leaves


 • tsp cumin


 • Salt to taste


 • cup of water


 • Oil


 Instructions:-


 • Mix water in curd and dilute it.


 • Sieve the flour, rice flour and take it out in a big vessel.



 • Add chopped onion, green chili, green coriander to it.



 • Add curd and water solution and mix it well, no lump should be formed.



 • Make a thin batter, if the water is less then add more.


 • Heat a tadka pan with a spoonful of oil, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves, turn off the flame and pour the tadka over the flour batter.



 • Add salt and mix it well.



 • Heat a non stick tawa or dosa tawa and grease it with a spoonful of oil.



 • Pour half a cup of flour mixture on top of the pan (about 4-5 inches from above) and let it cook on medium flame, pour oil from all sides. When the dosa is cooked from one side, then cook it from the other side.



 • Similarly make dosa with all the mixture.



 • Serve hot dosa with coconut chutney or green chutney.
