Dosa with coconut chutney recipe 😋 any language

Material:

 • Rice - 1 cup

 • Fresh Raw Coconut - 2-3 tbsp (grated)

 • Oil - 2-3 tbsp

 • Salt - tsp or as per taste

 Process:

 • Clean, wash and soak the rice in water for 2-3 hours.

Drain the excess water from the rice and put the rice in the mixer as well as add coconut to it and grind it into a fine paste.

 • Take out the rice and coconut paste in a bowl. Add one and a half cup of water to the mixture and mix it. The mixture has to be prepared by making a very thin paste. Add salt to the mixture and mix it well.

 • To make dosa, heat a nonstick tava (griddle) and spread some oil on the tava (griddle), take 2-3 spoons of the mixture and spread it thinly on the tawa. Pour a little oil around the dosa with a spoon. Let the dosa cook lightly brown from below on high and medium flame.

 • When the dosa is roasted brown on the bottom surface, there is no need to flip it over, because it is so thin that it gets cooked completely only when it is fried from the bottom. Fold the dosa and put it on a plate and to make the second dosa, wipe the tawa and pour the batter and spread the dosa and fold it until it turns light brown from the bottom and take it out, prepare all the dosas in the same way.

 • 7-8 neer dosa will be ready from this batter, serve neer dosa with coconut chutney, peanut chutney or sambar and eat it.
