Ingredients
- 200 g paneer
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- As per taste salt
- as required oil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Steps
First in a bowl add maida, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste and a little water and dissolve till thick.
Put the chopped paneer in the maida flour mixture. Roll it in bread crumbs.
Fry the prepared paneer in hot oil.
